Villa Lease Options

La Manga Luxury Beach Villas are available for short and long term leases for private and corporate clients. Lease periods are from three months and up. The lease rates are discounted and depend on the duration of the lease. Additional discount is given to 5 year lease and up.

Maximum occupancy per villa is 10 adults for overnight stay, and up to 30 people for day use (not overnight). Lessee are allowed to bring their own food and drinks, or buy from us. We can also arrange a dedicated chef as needed.

Full Lease

This is a complete lease of the villa for an agreed number of months or years. The minimum full lease period for a villa is 12 months. The lessee can use the villa anytime during the lease period. Full Lease comes with the use of all the facilities, and all the necessary services which include; building maintenance, water, housekeeping, swimming pool and ground maintenance, and security. The Full Lease rate is $6,500.00 per month. Electricity charge is not included.

Partial Lease

This is a lease for minimum of two rooms in the villa for an agreed number of months or years. The minimum lease period is 12 months. The lessee can use the leased rooms in the villa anytime during the leased period. Partial Lease comes with the use of all the facilities and all the necessary services which include; building maintenance, water, housekeeping, swimming pool and ground maintenance, and security.
The Partial Lease rate starts from $4,500.00 per month. Electricity charge is not included

Time-Share Lease

This is a villa lease for specific number of months or years. Holiday weekends are not included. The holiday weekends can be booked in advance if available for additional rate. The lessees can use the villa anytime during the leased period. Time-Share Lease comes with the use of all the facilities and all the necessary services which include; building maintenance, water, housekeeping, swimming pool and ground maintenance, and security.
The Time-Share Lease rate is $3,000.00 per month. Electricity charge is not included.

Co-Lease

This is a lease of more than one lessee sharing a Villa for minimum lease period of two years. The required number of Co-lessee is four. The lessees can use the villa anytime during the lease period. Co-Lease comes with the use of all the facilities and all the necessary services which include; building maintenance, water, housekeeping, swimming pool and ground maintenance, and security
The Co-Lease rate is $2,000.00 per month. Electricity charge is not included.
